About QR code with logo
The QR code with logo tool places an image, such as your logo or icon, in the center of a QR code. The modules under the logo are cleared and replaced with a tile in the background color, so the logo sits cleanly instead of covering a busy pattern.
Covering part of a code removes data, which is why error correction starts at High (30%) here. After every change, the tool decodes the finished code in your browser and tells you whether it still scans, so you can adjust the logo before printing.

Frequently asked questions
Will a QR code still scan with a logo in the middle?
Usually, as long as the logo is not too large and error correction is high. The tool checks this for you: after rendering, it decodes the code and either confirms the scan check passed or warns that the logo may stop the code from scanning.
How big can the logo be?
The slider goes from 10% to 30% of the code width. Larger logos hide more modules, and long content makes a denser code with less spare capacity, so there is no fixed safe size. Use the scan check result rather than a rule of thumb.
Why is error correction set to High?
Error correction lets a scanner rebuild missing parts of a code. High recovers about 30% of the data, the most QR codes allow, which gives the logo room. You can lower it, but the scan check is then more likely to fail.
Which image formats can I use for the logo?
Any image your browser can open, such as PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. Large images are scaled down to 512 pixels before being embedded, which keeps the downloaded files small.
Does a passed scan check guarantee every phone can read it?
It confirms that a standard decoder reads the exact content from the rendered code. Real-world scanning also depends on print size, paper, lighting and camera quality, so test a printed sample with a few phones before a large print run.
