About Reverse text
The reverse text tool reverses the sequence of Unicode code points in the entire input. Characters at the end move to the beginning, including spaces, punctuation and newline characters.
It is useful for demonstrations, puzzles and quick string experiments. It is not a visual mirror effect or a right-to-left language formatter. Multi-code-point characters, combining accents and complex emoji can be rearranged internally.

Frequently asked questions
Does this mirror the appearance of letters?
No. It changes character order. It does not transform the shapes of the letters as a mirror image would.
Why can a complex emoji or accented letter look different?
Some displayed symbols consist of several code points. Reversing those points can separate combining marks or change a joined emoji sequence.
What happens to multiple lines?
Newlines are reversed along with the other code points, so the order of lines also reverses.
Is my text uploaded or saved?
The tool processes the text in this page, on your device. It does not send the input to a conversion service or save it to an account. Advertising and ordinary website requests are separate from this local text processing. Copy or download any result you want to keep before leaving the tool.
