Text to Morse code
Translate Latin letters, digits and supported punctuation into Morse dots and dashes. Use spaces between letters and slashes between words.
About Text to Morse code
Text to Morse code maps supported Latin letters, digits and punctuation into dot-and-dash sequences. A space separates encoded characters and a slash separates words; physical line breaks stay as line breaks.
It is designed for written Morse examples, learning exercises and puzzles. Unsupported characters are omitted by the encoder, so check accented letters, non-Latin scripts and unusual symbols before relying on the result. The tool produces text, not sound or radio signals.

Frequently asked questions
Can I encode Armenian, Chinese or emoji?
Not with this mapping. It covers Latin A–Z, digits and supported punctuation; characters with no mapping are omitted.
Does the tool play Morse audio?
No. The output is written Morse notation. It does not synthesize tones or enforce timing for transmission.
How are words separated?
Letters are separated by spaces and words by a slash. Original physical line breaks are retained as separate lines.
Is my text uploaded or saved?
The tool processes the text in this page, on your device. It does not send the input to a conversion service or save it to an account. Advertising and ordinary website requests are separate from this local text processing. Copy or download any result you want to keep before leaving the tool.
